Questions & answers

How often should team training take place and how long does a session last?
A session usually lasts 60 minutes. You decide how often the team building should take place. You have the choice between regular weekly or monthly and individually coordinated appointments.
How many people can participate in a face-to-face team training?
I recommend a  minimum number of 4 participants to achieve useful group dynamics in team building. The maximum number of participants depends on the size of the room, as each person must have enough space for a mat.
Can only group yoga be done during team building?
I tailor the program to your needs. Team building consists of guided meditations, yoga, breathwork, coaching tools and reflection. From there, you can choose your building blocks individually for your Team. You choose what fits best!
Where does team building takes place?
The team training takes place either on-site at your company or online via Zoom as a group call. It is integrated as a calm island into the workday, allowing your employees to recharge. Depending on the number of participants, the room needs to be large enough and cleared beforehand to accommodate yoga mats.
What clothing and equipment is necessary?
I bring mats and meditation cushions. Anyone who wants can also use their own equipment. Tight-fitting sportswear is best, as loose clothing tends to slide down during exercises, which can be distracting. A vest and thick socks are good in case you get cold during meditation. And: Bring your water bottle ;-)
How athletic do you need to be for team building?
My motto is: You don't do to yoga to be good at it, but to learn or practice it. Accordingly, the yoga exercises in my sessions are simple and easy to perform. Everyone can easily participate in the asanas. If you have any medical restrictions, please consult with your trusted doctor beforehand.
