Cranio Sacral Synergie

Repressed emotions cause blockages in the body. In a Cranio-Sacral Synergy session, I deeply listen to the wisdom of your body, release blockages through touch, and reset your nervous system, allowing the body to heal itself.  Unlike Access Bars, where I touch 32 points on the head, here I palpate and relax energy flows around the spinal cord, skull, and sacrum.

Energy work is a central part of my practice. Many clients feel better after a session, even if they don't exactly know what has happened. Everything, including the body, thoughts, and emotions, is made of energy, which we can influence with our thoughts. Unprocessed, low-frequency energies diminish our life force, while high-frequency thoughts support healing.

What is Cranio Sacral Synergie?

Cranio Sacral Synergie (CSS)

Craniosacral energy work is based on gentle touches that affect the body, mind, and spirit. The energy flow in the area of the skull (cranium), along the spine, and the sacrum (sacrum) serves as an indicator, which is palpated, calmed, and supported. The cerebrospinal fluid that surrounds the central nervous system is also balanced. In this way, energy blockages or imbalances are identified and resolved. The entire self is connected, so releasing tension in only one area allows the entire body to relax.

Body and soul are reminded of their wholeness, inner and outer balance is restored, and the body's self-regulation and self-healing are activated. The focus is on what the body and soul need right now to relax and energetically heal. Aura and chakras are also included in the process.

What happens during Cranio Sacral Synergy? Here I explain step by step how I use touch to release energy blockages and transform body awareness.

We clarify where you stand in your life today, what challenges you are facing, what you currently need, and how you would like to feel.

Each session begins with me gently holding your feet and attentively listening to the inner rhythm of your body.

This is followed by gentle touches on your legs, back, shoulders, or head: wherever your body needs support.

As you relax, the craniosacral fluid flows: the entire self is connected, and tension releases throughout the body.

Your endocrine (hormonal) system comes into balance, your nervous system resets, and your body leaves the state of high tension and alert.

Everything within you can "breathe" and release. After that, you feel completely relaxed and light. Already after 1-2 sessions, you can feel noticeable changes.
